Community Model
Olam has an established model of working direct in communities to assist famers with maximising their potential income through finance, input supply and training as well as through market access. In some supply chains, such as cotton and cashew, this has been extended to include closing the loop between farmers and production so that we can integrate local farmers with our own local processing facilities.
