This segment of our business comprises our various investments in dairy product manufacturing, extending from commodity plants in New Zealand, to plants in Africa for finished products.

Brief highlights of our operations are as follows:

• Olam is the second largest shareholder in Open Country Dairy, New Zealand, through which we process more than 800 million litres of milk annually, producing about 135,000 tonnes of full cream milk powder and cheese.

• We run an integrated facility in West Africa with a capacity of 16,000 tonnes of sweetened condensed and evaporated milk. We also manufacture and operate milk powder filling lines in three West African geographies.

• We expect to have our manufacturing facility in Asia operational shortly. It will have the capacity to produce 25,000 tonnes of functional ingredients per annum.

• We operate a 5,000 tonnes per annum industrial and food grade casein and caseinates manufacturing facility in Poland.
