Processing

Through better processing capabilities and technologies, we aim to consistently deliver premium coffee beans to our customers. We do this by leveraging our own best-in-class warehouses and mills across 16 coffee origins, all well-supported by our team of more than 800 dedicated employees who confidently manage customer requirements and surpass quality expectations in terms of preparation, screen sizes, regional specialties and cup profiles.

Today, we are one of the largest and most dominant Robusta coffee processors worldwide, and also offer premium hand-picked varieties for several West African Robusta grades and specialty coffees like Indonesia Mandheling. More than 90% of our total coffee volume is processed in our own mills. With this infrastructure in place, not only are we able to exert greater control over the quality and consistency of our finished coffees, but we also enjoy the flexibility to create customer-specific coffee grades that offer better value to our clients.

Our modern processing facilities across Asia, Africa and South and Central America include the latest cleaning and grading lines, colour sorters and polishers, enhancing our capability to process all variety and quality requirements across global markets.
