Olam began operations in the USA in 2002, exporting cotton out of the country’s Southeast. Starting out with one employee in a small office in Wilmington, North Carolina, we have grown our supply chain operations and now manage a wide range of agricultural products across 12 states. Our operations include farming and origination, food processing and logistics management from the ground to the door of our many customers worldwide.

Our US growth has been both organic and through acquisitions. We have actively integrated the senior management from our acquisitions into Olam to ensure we operate as a singular best-in-class team across our 10 major product categories. Today, we enjoy global leadership in almond farming, spice and vegetable processing, peanut ingredient manufacturing and cotton origination and marketing.
