Since 1989, Olam has grown from one product in one country to 16 product platforms across 65 countries and is a global leader in 10 of these categories today. We have grown from our core supply chain management to selectively integrating across various parts of the value chain from upstream to downstream. We have 18,000 employees globally engaged with this spread of activities who market our range of products to over 12,300 customers in 70 global destination countries. In the course of our day-to-day business we embed our corporate responsibility and sustainability objectives throughout each geography and product. We have engaged 3.5 million farmers in 115 Initiatives spread across 30 countries in our sustainability programme and aim to broaden this further on an ongoing basis.
