High-quality fresh talent is inducted into Olam primarily through our business school campus placements across Asia, West Africa, Latin America and North America. To provide them with an overall feel of our operations, they undergo a rigorous twelve to eighteen months induction training that initiates them to operations in at least two different businesses and geographic locations. In addition, fresh inductees also undergo a four Core Process Workshop facilitated by our CEO which covers all aspects of our governing objective, business model, vision and values.
