Enterprise Risk Framework

Our activities expose us to a variety of risks including trading risks (market, credit, counterparty and currency risks), operational risks, regulatory risks, health and safety risks, reputation risks, and processing risks. Our risk management policy monitors, controls and reports risk in a timely and accurate manner, identifying them with appropriate residential risk control measures.

Our Enterprise Risk Framework (ERF) is a comprehensive risk scorecard methodology that captures all categories of risks, and shows the risk heat map for the key risk events across all categories. The scorecard maps the likelihood of risk occurring in key events over a certain time period and its impact, and identifies the key steps we need to take. The risk scorecards integrate operational and functional expertise, and can be generated at the business unit, country or company level. Scorecard results are presented to senior management, and to the BRC periodically.
