Dear Reader,

I am a field supervisor at Olam’s Thevada Estate, in Laos where I am responsible for 135 hectares of coffee. I organise cultivation and recently developed this tractor mounted sprayer which has helped us to achieve a 75% reduction of man-days required for weeding. I am also involved in Olam’s community welfare initiatives to eradicate child labour, improve children’s education, enhance conservation and promote workplace hygiene.
